In these Terms and Conditions, “Front Row Promotions”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the company named above.

“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the ticket purchaser and, where appropriate, anyone attending using a ticket purchased as part of that booking.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to:

All ticket purchases are subject to:

availability; successful payment; acceptance of the order by us; these Terms and Conditions; any additional terms displayed on the relevant event page; and any venue-specific conditions of entry. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation or ticket has been issued.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:

payment has not been authorised; tickets have been listed at an incorrect price; incorrect event information has been published; the stated ticket limit has been exceeded; we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale; or accepting the booking would breach applicable laws, licensing conditions or venue rules. Where we cancel a booking because of an error made by us, the customer will receive a refund of the relevant amount paid.

Checking Your Booking

Customers must check their booking confirmation and tickets as soon as they are received.

Any error, including the wrong event, date, ticket type or quantity, should be reported to us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an error can be corrected after an order has been completed.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address and contact information when purchasing tickets.

Ticket Prices and Fees

Ticket prices are shown on the event page at the time of purchase.

Additional booking, transaction, delivery or administration fees may apply. Any compulsory charges will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Ticket prices may change according to availability, demand, ticket release or sales period. A customer will not normally be entitled to a refund or price adjustment because the same ticket type is subsequently offered at a different price.

Tickets Are Normally Non-Refundable

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant event page, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase.

Refunds will not normally be provided where a customer:

Refunds will not normally be provided where a customer:

changes their mind; can no longer attend; is unwell; has a travel or transport problem; arrives late; attends on the wrong date; is refused admission or removed for breaching these Terms and Conditions or venue rules; does not use all or part of a booking; purchases the wrong ticket type; is unable to attend because of personal, work, childcare, financial or other circumstances; or expected a particular question, topic, story, song, performance, running order or format that was not guaranteed when the ticket was purchased. Customers are encouraged to consider purchasing appropriate ticket protection or insurance from a reputable provider.

This clause does not affect any refund or other remedy to which a customer is legally entitled.

Events Featuring More Than One Guest or Performer

For events advertised as featuring several guests, performers, speakers, footballers, entertainers or other participants, the event is sold as a multi-artist or multi-guest event rather than as a guaranteed appearance by every individual advertised.

The advertised line-up is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including illness, injury, bereavement, professional commitments, travel disruption or other personal circumstances.

Where one or more members of a multi-artist or multi-guest line-up are unable to appear, we may:

Where one or more members of a multi-artist or multi-guest line-up are unable to appear, we may:

continue with the remaining advertised participants; change the running order or format; add a replacement guest or performer; or provide another reasonably comparable programme. A change to one participant on a multi-artist or multi-guest bill will not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, particularly where the event proceeds on the advertised date with the remaining participants and/or a suitable replacement.

However, this clause does not remove any legal rights the customer may have where the change is so significant that it amounts to a material change to the event as a whole.

Headline Guests and Material Changes

Where an event has been sold primarily and prominently on the appearance of one named headline guest or performer, and that headline appearance is cancelled without a reasonably comparable replacement, we will assess whether the change amounts to a material change to the event.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

proceed with a suitable replacement; offer customers the option to attend the revised event; offer a credit or transfer to another event; postpone the event; or offer a refund where required by law. The appearance of a replacement guest does not automatically mean that the event has been cancelled. Each situation will be considered in light of how the event was advertised and the overall nature of the revised programme.

Event Timings and Running Orders

Advertised doors-opening times, start times, finish times, intervals, guest appearance times and running orders are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may make reasonable changes to:

We may make reasonable changes to:

doors-opening times; performance times; the running order; intervals; event duration; hosts, interviewers or comperes; seating arrangements; and the format or content of an event. Customers should check their email, the event page and Front Row Promotions’ official social-media accounts before travelling.

Late admission may be restricted until a suitable break in the event and cannot always be guaranteed.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

We may postpone or reschedule an event where it cannot reasonably or safely proceed on its original date.

Possible reasons include, but are not limited to:

Possible reasons include, but are not limited to:

illness or injury affecting an essential participant; severe weather; venue unavailability; technical or production failure; travel disruption; industrial action; civil disorder; public-health emergency; epidemic or pandemic; government restrictions or guidance; licensing or safety concerns; circumstances similar to the COVID-19 pandemic; or any other event outside our reasonable control. Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the replacement date and customers will not need to take any action to retain their booking.

We will notify customers using the contact details supplied at the time of purchase and will publish information through our website or official channels where reasonably practicable.

Where a customer cannot attend the replacement date, their entitlement to a refund, credit or other remedy will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and any instructions contained within the rescheduling announcement.

Any request must be submitted within the deadline stated in that announcement. Where a lawful and reasonable claim is not made within the stated period, the ticket may remain valid for the replacement date and no later claim may be accepted, except where the customer’s statutory rights require otherwise.

Cancelled Events

An event will be treated as cancelled where we confirm that it will not take place and no replacement date or substantially equivalent event is being provided.

Where we cancel an event, customers will be entitled to the remedy required by applicable law. This will normally include a refund of the ticket price paid directly to Front Row Promotions.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, we will not be responsible for:

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, we will not be responsible for:

travel expenses; accommodation; parking; food or drink; childcare; loss of earnings; third-party booking fees; insurance costs; or any other costs incurred in connection with attending the event. Customers should make refundable travel and accommodation arrangements wherever possible.

Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

These may include:

acts of God; flood, fire or severe weather; war, terrorism or threat of terrorism; civil disturbance; epidemic or pandemic; government action; public-health restrictions; national mourning; transport disruption; industrial action; failure of utilities or communications; venue closure; performer illness or incapacity; licensing restrictions; or serious safety or security concerns. Where such circumstances affect an event, we may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate or alter the event. We will take reasonable steps to notify customers and provide any remedy required by law.

Changes of Venue

We may move an event to another venue where reasonably necessary.

Where possible, the alternative venue will be in the same general geographical area and will offer reasonably comparable facilities.

Tickets will normally remain valid for the new venue.

Where the venue change is material, we will provide customers with information about their available options and any applicable deadline for contacting us.

Seating and Viewing Arrangements

Where allocated seating is offered, customers must sit in the seat stated on their ticket unless directed otherwise by venue or event staff.

We may provide an alternative seat where necessary for operational, production, accessibility, safety or venue reasons. We will aim to provide a seat of a reasonably comparable value where possible.

Views may be restricted by:

Views may be restricted by:

other audience members; staging or production equipment; cameras; lighting; venue architecture; or temporary safety measures. A general-admission ticket does not guarantee a particular seat, table, standing position or view unless expressly stated.

VIP Tickets and Packages

VIP packages may include benefits such as:

VIP packages may include benefits such as:

premium seating; early entry; a meet and greet; a photograph; a signed item; a reception; merchandise; or another benefit described on the event page. Exact timings and arrangements may be confirmed closer to the event and may be changed where reasonably necessary.

Meet-and-greet opportunities and photographs may be brief and may operate under time restrictions. Personal photographs, autographs or dedications are not guaranteed unless expressly included within the package description.

Where an individual element of a VIP package becomes unavailable, we may provide a reasonable alternative or partial remedy where appropriate. The unavailability of a minor package element will not necessarily entitle the customer to cancel the entire booking.

Ticket Delivery and Admission

Tickets may be provided electronically, through a mobile ticketing system, for collection at the venue or by another stated method.

Customers are responsible for:

Customers are responsible for:

checking that they have received their tickets; bringing the correct ticket to the event; ensuring that a mobile device is charged; displaying any QR code clearly; protecting tickets from unauthorised copying; and contacting us promptly if tickets have not been received. Only the first valid presentation of a ticket or barcode may be admitted. We are not responsible where a customer shares a ticket and another person uses it first.

Proof of purchase and photographic identification may be required.

Lost, Stolen or Duplicated Tickets

Customers must keep their tickets secure.

We may refuse to replace lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated or deleted tickets where we cannot verify the original purchase or where there is a risk that the ticket has already been used.

Where replacement tickets are provided, an administration charge may apply where lawful and disclosed in advance.

Ticket Resale and Transfer

Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain or through an unauthorised ticket-resale platform.

Tickets must not be:

Tickets must not be:

resold above their original face value plus any legally permitted fees; used as part of a promotion, competition or hospitality package without our written permission; combined with accommodation, travel or other services for resale; advertised using our branding without permission; or transferred in breach of event-specific restrictions. We may cancel tickets that have been unlawfully or fraudulently resold.

Where ticket transfer is permitted, the original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the recipient is aware of these Terms and Conditions.

Age Restrictions and Children

Any age restriction will be displayed on the event page or communicated before the event.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult where required.

Proof of age may be requested.

Where an event includes licensed premises or adult content, additional age restrictions may apply. Failure to meet an advertised age restriction will not entitle the customer to a refund.

Accessibility

Customers who have accessibility requirements should contact us or the venue before booking wherever possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate access requirements but cannot guarantee that every venue or ticket category will be suitable for every customer.

Accessible seating and essential-companion tickets may be subject to availability and verification requirements.

Customers must not purchase an accessible or companion ticket unless they or a member of their party meets the applicable eligibility requirements.

Entry and Conduct

Admission is subject to these Terms and Conditions, venue rules, licensing conditions and the reasonable instructions of event, venue, security and emergency-services personnel.

We or the venue may refuse admission or remove a person who:

No refund will be provided where admission is reasonably refused or a customer is removed for these reasons.
